okay.. the electricity power was out at my office, and it just wasn't my office, it was the entire block. So everyone @ Armstrong headed over to The Curve, Mutiara Damansara and we had 6 hrs to do nothing.

Seems like the past has been catching up with me all at one-go. I don't know what to make of it. LOLXD Things long forgotten, things long kept inside of me has once again re-emerged. Like just recently somehow by some twist of 'fate' as some might call it, I'm back in contact with my past. People like Suyin, Amanda, Sui May, Keith, Ai Wei, Eathan.. Unfortunately there are those that I shall not name, who, well... has repeated history all over again.

Apart from people, other things too... Like this Kembara I saw beside my car while waiting at the traffic light. Shit... it brings back memories while I was working in Batavia Brand Communications. I had to copy-and-paste the design onto 46 different type of vehicles ranging from local cars like Perodua and Proton to imported brands like Honda, Toyota, etc

The worse part was when I had finished ALL the works, and the following morning the client decided to change the color sequence and I had to re-do ALL 46 vehicles again. Oh, did I mention that EACH vehicle had 4 different views? !@#$%^&*

Apart from that, while I was heading to Pusat Damansara one of my days because Ogilvy & Mather called me up for an interview at Menara Millenium, I passed by Indah Water's HQ. And at the junction towards the place, there's a BIG signboard that Kitt my ex-colleague did. Gah, we had to do total of 4 designs, 2-each and hers was selected to be placed on the billboard outside of HELP college.

Not just that, just when I'd thought that Ez2Dancer would be gone considering that Konami had sued and WON Amuse World, Pyramid's arcade had brought it back to life. Geez, I haven't played one of these since I started in 1999. And I never would have expected Ez2Dancer 2nd Move; UK Edition to make it here.

Here's an interesting scene while I was at pyramid playing with Suyin, Josh, Dusty and Wilson. Aparently, the machine had a CPU inside. And it was running on a bloody 512 Celeron! omfG... And that the thing hanged while we were playing. So the technician there had to restart the machine and I managed to take a few pics while it was loading. XD

Another year, another birthday. Like how many people ask me "How's your birthday? and I just describe it like a passing roadsign in life; a reminder that we're another year older.

I hardly look forward to my birthdays, because usually more often than not it always brings about more disappointments than happiness despite all the wishes.

So this year, I tried not to look forward with any hope to being happy. That way I won't be disappointed. In fact, I didn't really care much at all. Here was my day:

at 10pm, 23rd October, I get the torrent of lazy people's wishes early so that they'd consider themselves to be off-the-hook about my birthday. HAhhaha... Ironically enough, I had a bad day considering I got some bloody shitty news about one of my friends exploiting me and backstabbing me, getting into a roadblock just outside my house, had to spend 15 minutes looking for a bloody parking, no cash for lunch and bloody dogs escaped their cage and pissed n shit all over my parents bedroom. So yeah, it was a bloody shitty day.

Thanks Suyin for listening to me rant and rave all night long. And YES! I *WAS* standing in a middle of a field to get reception. HAhahah. Looks like it was your housephone after all. It just doesn't like me. lolXD

12:00am - Congratulations Ingrid! for being the first person and "on-the-dot" to wish me. She calls me up at 12am to wish me and we began chatting about... uhh... everything? hAhhaha... while in the background I kept getting messages from friends. And shortly after that I get a call from a Subang number and it turns out to be Amanduh! (Sorry I sounded really blur coz when told me u were Amanda, in my head I was like "Rite... WHICH Amanda is this?" coz I don't have your house number really. haha ^_^! *Sweat*)

7:30am - Good morning to start off with. Every morning I wake up to a beautiful view, but never really woke up at 7:30am to appreciate the sunrise in the east. A beautiful hue of yellow and blue along the horizon with the city's skyline in full view.

After washing up and getting ready to work, I felt fresh and energetic with no expectations except looking forward towards the day.

10:30am - After getting into the office, surprise, surprise I get a call from half-way across the world. :) Melissa (MelC) calls me up and wished me a birthday while I was at work. *HuGz* thanks, girl. ^_^

oh, for everyone's info... I'm now working at Armstrong Marketing, Brand Gravity as a Graphic Designer in Taman Tun Dr Ismail. And the crazy people there turns out to be, most of which, my old friends. My former tutors, classmate and other new people. Turns out, after lunch they had got me a slice of cake from Secret Recipe. Geez... it really melted my heart those crazy people... (crazy people of Armstrong; Florence, Ai Wei, Wai Yee, Keith, Eathan, Jeremy, Fadzli, Janice, Chloe, Sue Fong, Yien, Mei mei, Martin, and of course Roger, thanks to you guys for making me feel welcome there)

6:15pm - Wootness, I left work early to go see Jason, my cousin bro. Recap... he got me an early birthday present WAY~ ahead of time. A pin-striped button-down shirt. Thanks man, u're the best. ;)

Anyways, the plan was to head over to his place to grab the wine, head over to Steven's Corner to meet up with Stephen and William because they didn't know how to get to my place. As I reached Steven's Corner, apparently William had shared with Poh Li had got me a present. XD

Turned out that Stephen couldn't make it and bailed out last minute. Geez... here's the list of people that I invited:

10:30pm - Got a call from Celine. Turns out that Allan 'MIA'-ed and she was coming alone. What's with you people and like hanging out in my room so much, hur? LOLXD crazy-ass people. Yeah, I know my room's comfortable. hHAhaha...

11:00pm - So anyways, Keith arrives with 6 big bottles of beer coz he couldn't get wine, and as Jasonreturns, we had already finished the first bottle and started on the 2nd bottle of 2005 Argentinian, Shiraz. Overall the night was fun with lots of laughter and social chit-chat, usually bitching about me in front of me. HAhahha... (*assholes*) LOL!XD

Due to certain circumstances, I won't disclose what happened because of it's grossness content. Hahaha I'm pretty sure u guys can already guess what happened after lots of liquor n booze. XD Only to me though, the rest were all ok. (Damnit!)

Anyways, 25th October, my mom and step-dad's back from their vacation @ Bali and guess what? I get the weirdest presents that parents could get their kids:

In the end... life's been alright. And now, officially I'm another year older.

This video reminds me of myself when I was 13 and ambitious. Watching it, I'm reminded of what my dreams were and that I'm *STILL* chasing it till today. lolXD If only I could tell the 13-yr old self of me what all these kids had said, I think I'd have scared myself shitless. HAhAHhahaha XD
